1. Can I return or exchange items I purchased?
Effective September 1st, 2023, returns of defective/damaged items will only be allowed up to 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit. Exchanges, or refunds for such items will not be permitted. This policy includes holiday sales, flash sales, and items bought using sale codes. However, if there's an error on our part, we'll certainly rectify it.

2. What if I receive a defective or wrong product?
We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, kindly reach out to us at urbanislandbda.cs@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number, name, and email used for the order. Specify the issue and provide details about the original and received products, including style, color, and size. Please attach photos clearly showing the concern. We'll address the issue promptly and provide a 50% discount code for your next purchase in the case of a defective product. For wrong orders, we'll make sure to correct the error.

3. What about color accuracy?
Due to variations in monitor settings, we can't guarantee exact color matches of our products. Similar colors with different names used by various brands may not perfectly match each other or our thread guide options. Colors represented on computer screens might differ due to screen resolution, settings, and other factors.

4. I forgot to use my discount code, can it be applied later?
Regrettably, our system doesn't allow us to adjust prices for confirmed purchases. Once your order is placed, neither you nor we can modify it. Please double-check all details, including your discount code, before finalizing your order. Please note that only one discount code, including Free Shipping codes, can be applied per order.
